HOW DO I....Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

1. Allow one working day (24 hours) for your prescription to be processed. If we receive the request before 10.00am we will do our best to deal with it on the same day. It may then be possible to pick up the prescription after 4.00pm on that day. Please check with reception if you are in any doubt about when it will be ready.

2. If you have more than one medicine on repeat prescription please try and order all your items together.

3. Tick which items you require on the computerised request slip which is attached to your last prescription and clearly indicate where you would like the prescription to be sent. We can send your prescription to one of the six nominated chemists in Tunbridge Wells:

Boots, Carrs Corner Chemist, Greens, AE Hobbs Ltd, Hollis Pharmacy, Imperial Pharmacy, Paydens and Sainsbury’s.

Alternatively, we can send the prescription form to your home address if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, or you can collect your prescription from the surgery or you can email your request to stjamesprescriptions@nhs.net.
