How Do I....Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

1. Allow two working days (48 hours) for your prescription to be processed.

2. If you have more than one medicine on repeat prescription please try and order all your items together.

3. Tick which items you require on the computerised request slip which is attached to your last prescription and clearly indicate where you would like the prescription to be sent. We can send your prescription to one of the nominated chemists in Tunbridge Wells:

Boots, Carrs Corner Chemist, Greens, AE Hobbs Ltd, Hollis Pharmacy, Imperial Pharmacy, Paydens and Sainsbury’s.

Alternatively, we can send the prescription form to your home address if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, or you can collect your prescription from the surgery or you can email your request to stjamesprescriptions@nhs.net. You are of course free to use the Patient Access system shown here once you have been allocated a password by reception.
